Real Estate Lending
The Direct Capital Portfolio allows you to receive a fixed return with a short investment horizon. We provide return between 8% and 12% on invested capital determined by your investment size.
Rental income
The Supplemental Income Portfolio holds income-producing real estate. This will create a consistent income stream by investing in cash-flowing real estate and real state related lending.
You earn returns primarily through dividends from cash flow producing real estate (60%) and interest payments (40%).
We pay you dividends generated through rental payments in proportion to your share of the property’s equity and interest payments from debt real estate assets.
Fix & Flip income
The Real-estate Growth Portfolio holds high growth potential real estate. This generates returns mostly from the sale of the underlying properties. This includes buying a property and performing renovations in order to sell the asset for a gain.
You earn returns primarily through property appreciation (60%) and dividends from cash flow producing real estate (40%).
We pay you dividends generated through rental payments in proportion to your share of the property’s equity (Quarterly) and on property appreciation gains which are paid at the time of Property Exit.
